Today's guest is Dr Peter Mejia, a women’s health specialist who is dedicated and passionate about educating women to get to the root cause of their issues, particularly when it comes to supporting their hormones, gut health, fertility, pregnancy and entering menopause. Peter is the founder of Holistic Minds Holistic Bodies and Dr in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
