As sad as it is, humans find it easy to focus on negative emotions despite the multitude of positivity around them. The beautiful thing about this is that you can help yourself. You can learn to stop yourself from feeling those emotions and teach yourself to look at the good things instead. As with any other journey, it’s not always that easy, but with focus and determination—you can find something that fills you with joy.
