Change can be difficult to navigate and can catch you off-guard. It's normal to feel overwhelmed, but instead of pushing those feelings away, take a moment to recognize them for what they are. With the right attitude and support from those around you, navigating change doesn't have to be an insurmountable task. As a parent, I also want to be a good role model and show my kids that we can make it through change with grace. In today’s episode, I share some tips to help you navigate change, starting with feeling the feelings.
