Have you ever had in-the-flow days? Days when you feel like you’re very present in the moment, feeling and doing things exactly how it’s supposed to be? Today, let me tell you about what happened during one of my in-the-flow days, how I took every situation and reacted as it happened to me. Living during those days allows you to live in your most authentic self because you do things in alignment with how you feel.
