Have you set new year resolutions and already wondering if you will stick to them? Have you tried to change things before and ended with the old habits creeping back in?
In this episode I invite you to develop simple daily practices to help you find more calm and happiness in 2023. Whilst I'm all for the big goals and dreams too, it is important to celebrate small steps to success and embody daily practices that support you in living life to the fullest.
I invite you to:
1. Start the day with a breathing practice to set yourself up into a calm and alert state for focus and action
2. Set an intention to support your daily happiness and take the action to do it
3. Celebrate yourself and focus on catching yourself doing the intentions that you have set.
