When heading back to school, teachers think about a variety of things to get ready: content plans, gathering materials and resources, how to set up and decorate their classroom, all the procedures and routines they need to go over, behavior systems, and so much more. But do you know what’s missing from that list? Making plans for when you have a substitute! In today’s episode, I’m talking about substitute teacher plans with guest Sarah Gates.
