Deep listening can be to our bodies, our friends, our intuition and flow of our lives. Active listening on every level! We talk about the importance of listening to your intuition but how do you even do that? Eddi grew up in a very active and loud Irish family and so there was no practice of listening but only waiting for someone to inhale or pause for a micro-second and you jump on in. How we are raised can affect our ability to listen. And how is it that we know what voice is your intuition?
