I'm in the season of life where I celebrate the wins - big and small - so in honor of the 10th episode, we will explore 10 ways to add more happiness to our lives.
This podcast (and how I live my life) was inspired by the book 'The Top Five Regrets of the Dying' and watching people I love with these regrets up close and personal. One of these top 5 is "I wish I would have let myself be happier."
So here's to us all finding more happiness each day.
We will explore simple habits we can create to bring more joy. Habits like choosing happiness, being present, getting outside, connecting with others, moving your body, trying new things, resting, playing, smiling, and practicing gratitude.
