We also uncover the mystery behind organic, grass-fed dairy: why it’s important, and what to look for on the label when you’re shopping for milk, yogurt, and cheese. Plus, our favorite way to eat grass-fed yogurt, and a few summery cheesy recipes inspired by Greek islands and our basil plant.
