Host of the Everyday Adventure podcast and founder of Resilience At Work, Nicki Bass is an occupational psychologist and TEDx speaker. The focus of her work is to help organisations develop the leadership skills and resilience of their people. An ex-army officer, Nicki is also a talented snow boarder and surfer in her 40s.
