Shari Reif is a returning guest on our show! Check out her first and brief appearance on episode 612 of Boundless Body Radio, where we captured a few special stories from the attendees of the Collaborative Science Conference hosted by Dave Feldman in March of 2024!
Shari Reif is married to her husband, whom she lovingly calls Mr. Low Carb, whom she considers the love of her life. Together, they have 8 wonderful children and 2 little saints in Heaven. The couple embarked on their low carb journey to aid Mr. Low Carb in managing his type 1 diabetes and weight. They transitioned the entire family to a low carb lifestyle, as Shari does not cater to individual dietary preferences.
They have found numerous benefits from this lifestyle change. Shari hopes to share favorite recipes, books, podcasts, and information on their experiences with others. Shari's other interests include reading, learning, and spending time with her family.
Despite being an introvert by nature, she pushes herself to engage in extroverted activities!
