When we focus on continuous improvement, day after day after day, what we are really doing is fine tuning our system. Our system, or our daily habits, is the engine that will drive us toward our goals. By establishing a goal, we are essentially putting a destination into the GPS of our life, but the vehicle to get us to that destination is our system.
