Olivia Dykes is a fellow Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach and we met just over a month ago at the live coaching seminar in Boise, ID. We instantly bonded over our birth stories and prolapse symptoms. Even having a fitness background, Olivia hired a coach at 18 months postpartum when she had finally had enough and decided to get the help she truly needed to heal.
