Don't Lead with Service to Them When Building a Business

When you start building a business, other business coaches tell you to start serving your people NOW....get on social media...put the service you're offering on blast on all social medial platforms....do your market research.
I say, if you start with serving Them, this will lead you to overwhelm and subsequent burnout before your business even is up and running.
And when you are also so conditioned to serve the other "them"-your family, friends, colleagues, clients in your 9-5, this will make the development of your business difficult.
In this episode, I discuss why you shouldn't lead with service to "THEM" when building a business and what to do instead so you can thrive in addition to your business thriving.
