On the equinox, the length of day and night is nearly equal in all parts of the world. The equinox is equal - equal light and dark - or balance, and the universe allows us to define our personal definition of dark and light and what balance means to us. The energy has been heavy and chaotic these past weeks. It is impossible to see and question what is happening in our world. The fiery energy will taper mid-April as we move from the eclipses, equinox, and Aries season into the earth energy of Taurus. April is the fourth month, and April of 2025's collective number is '4,' representing stability, completeness, and wholeness. This is NOT how we feel now, and the desire for truth, stability, and security will push us into action and, in most cases, to use our voice. Yes, we all agreed to be here at this time, and we have a mission; perhaps we are healing from our past, but I believe, given the fiery energy we are in, we need to take more action and not be quieted, not be complacent, not be pushed or invisible. We are being forced to right the wrongs of the past. Not hide from them, erase or ignore them, but change. Where we may have been silent or hidden in the past, this healing is about resiliency and resistance to something not aligned with our beliefs, goals, and principles of core humanity of equality, compassion, and love. This month, the planets move out of retrograde into forward motion and interact with each other, with themes of birth and transformation, order, hard work, balance, finding inner strength and voice, and movement into an action plan for building a stronger future foundation. Solar and Lunar Eclipses in 2025 A Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 13- March 14 A Total Solar Eclipse in Aries on March 29 A Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 7 An Annular Solar Eclipse in Virgo on September 21 Eclipses are a way to experience accelerated change; however, at a deeper level, they are our biggest opportunities for self-actualization. Eclipses are known to be catalysts for spiritual transformation and evolution; eclipses bring both endings and beginnings that shape our perspectives. Therefore, the best medicine for Eclipse season is to embrace surrender and acceptance, as often, we find the wheel of fate and destiny turning on our behalf, which means we get to release control and let go of the pressure. Practicing self-care and rituals remains our go-to practice, but we must remember that eclipses are not meant to be harnessed for manifestation practices—they are more about honoring our process of profound transformation. Go with the flow. A lunar eclipse is an ending—clarity to something that has been in our field for a period of time. The full moon's illuminating energy pushes those things hidden to the surface. The moon can illuminate a new path or clarify our path. Solar eclipses emphasize beginnings. Changes could come gradually or suddenly. Changes can be planned or unexpected as this is a time for alignment and the Universe shifting where you need to be. This isn't always where you want to be, but it is a direction setting for alignment. It is important to remember at this time that you are not alone and that the Universe is supporting you. From March 30-October 22, 2025, we see what the Neptune energy in Aries will feel like for the next 14 years before it finally settles into Aries in January 2026. You might think you have until January to understand this energy, but Neptune's early movement there gives us a sample so we can adjust. Neptune has been in Pisces for the last 14 years, giving us insight into deeper spiritual paths, creativity, awareness of addictions, and mental health. Eclipse season and the Spring equinox with Mercury, Venus retrograde, and Neptune entering Aries is a POWER month. This month’s energy demands our presence, awareness, and trust. Some themes we can expect as we launch into a new era include : New inventions, wealth on all levels, health and healing Discovery of hidden treasures, order, harmony, and establishing healthy connections Increased clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience Revelation through meditations, dreams, signs, and synchronicities in nature The age of passive dreaming is over—this is about bringing the vision into reality. I am energy and everything is vibrating to me at the energy that I emit. So is vibrating to me, and what might be available to me when I am aware? Everything happens FOR me NOT to me. And if we remember our power in how we experience our life, we become awakened. That is the key to doorways of the universe. Many say that our doorways are the chakra system – primarily the Heart. A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increase to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events. Only ten minutes of meditating on compassion, on kindness and love for others and you will see its effects all day. We’re reminded of the importance of the heart during various times of the year, spring romances, august-Leo passion, warm fires, and gatherings in the fall and winter. We are reminded of our hearts. We are pushed to open and acknowledge our hearts throughout the year. Our compass needs to change with the changes in our lives and environment. Sometimes, our North- changes, which would make sense as our direction changes. Sometimes, that north change and redirection is from a life event, a career change, an addition to the family, or a death. Our mental processes can shift our hearts. Learning or discovering things about ourselves or others will change our mental filter and create a heart change. Everything is connected. When we open our hearts, we expect this magic pixie dust to come sprinkling upon us, and all will be right in the world. For LOVE solves ALL problems, right? Humanity is going through vast adjustments of the heart right now. Maintaining a foundation of love, not getting distracted, and maintaining optimism for the future is hard. The universe shows us where our compass is off, what direction we need to correct, and if we are brave enough to make those adjustments. Change our mental processes and beliefs to align with what is right for humanity. The healing of our wounds is getting confused with reinforcement of those wounds rather than change and acting with love, not fear, control, or revenge.
