Do big emotions sometimes feel overwhelming? Have you ever been through big heart break, had a loved one passed away, lost a friend you never thought you’d have to lose?
No one gets through life without experiencing big emotions like this, but we all have different ways of processing these emotions.
Sometimes heart break leads us to opening up to a whole new life and version of ourselves and sometimes grief peels away the masks we’ve been wearing to our truest core self.
We are never taught how to properly feel and heal through life experiences so sometimes when something big happens we try to control or block ourselves from feeling these emotions out of fear that we will lose ourselves and fall so deeply that we never come back out.
In today’s episode, we are going to get personal and deep talking about how to feel big overwhelming emotions like grief, heart break, and loss and to warm your heart and soul we are going to learn how to make one of the classic heart-warming recipes of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but with a simple healthy twist so you can enjoy this when you need a little comfort or just when you are craving your cookies, but want to stick to your nutrition too!
