While performing a back squat she collapsed and was told she'd never lift again. Yet as we publish this episode, her team just won the Central Regionals event at the 2018 CrossFit qualifier.

Lindy and I sat down to talk about her journey to where she is now, from competitive soccer through her struggles as an individual athlete, to how she even stopped following everyone on social media so she could just focus on herself. It's a very inspiring story!
