Erin and Mike Hutchins are the dynamic co-founders of ACT, a leadership coach training and consulting firm dedicated to empowering leaders and organizations. With a wealth of combined experience, they offer unparalleled expertise and a shared passion for fostering transformative leadership.

They are both Adjunct Lecturers at Brown University School of Professional Studies and have trained and coached hundreds of leaders and teams.
