I know how hard it is to disconnect from narcissistic and toxic relationships. In today's show, I’m sharing 5 ways to disconnect from this dysfunction. This isn’t about punishing anyone. It’s about creating space for you to begin a long-lasting journey of healing.

As tempting as it is to state your position loudly and proudly, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of moving in silence. Anything you say can and will be used by the narcissist to manipulate you. And going back and forth with a narcissist is stressful and draining. So, go for a drama-free exit, and turn your time, energy, attention, money towards your health and wellbeing.
