#010 Reflections - Creating Your Balance

This week I reflect on an idea that came out of my conversation with Annie Carter of Eve Studio - that to create balance in our lives, sometimes we need to add something in.I go on to explore the idea that there may be no such thing as work/life balance and perhaps work/life integration is more realistic. Balance is different for all of us. Only we can know what to add or take a way to create contentment, fulfilment and joy. Adding something in however, will often be more appropriate than taking something away and can actually open up the space for more of what we want.
