I met Ann many years ago, reconnected just recently and am delighted that she agreed to come on a walk and talk in our local area, where we chatted all things leadership, business, lifelong learning, the importance of a network, supporting each other and why being a little bit spiky isn't a bad thing!
Ann is a multi-talented business woman, long standing Wellbeing Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Leadership and Personal Development Coach - a true driver of organisational change and supporter of women in business, bringing her years of learning and wisdom to helping others on their life and business journey.
How she has fitted so much into her career and 'spare' time - still learning and growing, is truly inspiring. I am sure we could have talked (maybe not walked) all day long!
