Q&A: Pumping Issues, Starting a Local Podcast, Doula Roles, and C-Section Scars

Have you been wondering why you seem to produce a ton of milk when nursing but not when pumping? Do you think that doulas should be advocating for their clients or is that "out of scope"?

In this episode, I answer these four questions:

I am breastfeeding as well as pumping. When I nurse I can tell my daughter is getting a lot of milk by the way she swallows but when I pump I am barely getting anything. Is this a sign of a low supply?
