In addition to my role at CrossMarc Services, I leverage my expertise and insights to provide valuable guidance and advice to executives, organizations, and educational institutions on building and sustaining success. I host a weekly radio show, The Crossman Conversation, where I discuss collaborative ways leaders can address challenging societal issues in a proactive way. I also founded Crossman Career Builders, a talent development organization that helps college students and young professionals reach their full potential, professionally and personally. I share my experience and story through my book, Career Killers/Career Builders: The Book Every Millennial Should Read, which has been requested by over 25 US universities.
