Anxiety is not a disease in the sense that doctors describe. It is a message from the body that something in your environment feels unsafe.

12:12 Managing anxiety with havening, breathwork, play and connection to overcome nervous dysregulation. How to collaborate with you body via sleep, diet and movement, especially walks in nature and allowing.

Not making it your identity. You are doing anxiety, showing this behaviour, especially when highly sensitive. It's not who you are.

17:50 Your focus matters - not broken but wounded. Get help and support (not try to fix it) but to be with you while you learn what your childhood adverse experiences have created.
