We'll also distinguish between disordered eating and diagnosable eating disorders, unpacking the emotional distress they cause and offering practical strategies, like DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), to help shift the focus from body fixation to emotional and behavioral awareness.
Whether you’ve experienced body dysmorphia, disordered eating, or are simply navigating the inevitable changes of a transitioning body, this episode will provide insights and support for embracing transformation, surrendering to the journey, and building a healthier relationship with your body.
