It is said that "If we do everything mindfully with a sense of what is happening around us, then we are actually living meditative life".
We don't appreciate our life as much we should. Because, The art of life is to live in the present moment. But our wandering mind always keeps thinking about what's next. It's time to appreciate to pause, relax and live more in the moment than in our to do lists.
