If you’ve been in business for any length of time, you know that it can feel like being on a rollercoaster. There are high highs, low lows, and a lot of confusing and maddening moments in between. We may not be able to change physical circumstances (though in many ways, we believe we can), but we CAN change the energy we bring into them.
