Welcome to the WHoly Mom Chat Podcast!! I'm so glad that you are here!
You are so blessed to be a mother. You have a fantastic gift for your family. Yet you may feel like you have "lost your individuality," you feel alone, unfulfilled, busy catering to the demands and needs of your family, having no time to invest in yourself or to lean into being the person you hunger to become. It's time to accept our reality, stop the mom guilt, and thrive in our everyday present.
I am Jenny. I am a Jesus follower, an inspirer, a life-long learner, a foodie, a mom coach (raising moms to new heights), a wife to my love of 13 years, Riz, and a mama to three.
I am here to remind you, Mom, that YOU matter. You are a masterpiece. Your feelings, desires, unspoken needs, and all of you - have a purpose. The story of your life that you are creating and living right now is irreplaceable. I am here to walk with you and to cheer you on. It is my privilege to welcome you here to have conversations about how we as moms can learn, grow, be nurtured, improve our mindsets and apply the practical but life-changing strategies to make our life a little less hectic and a lot happier.
I want to empower mothers to create a new standard. It is a standard of feeling beautiful, living well, showing up as their best self, and setting up an excellent example for our kids who will learn far more from what we do than what we say.
In future episodes of WHoly Mom Chat, I will be talking with other moms who will share their motherhood journey, how they are making themselves whole, pursuing their dreams while thriving as a mom. I want to provide a safe place – without any judgment, shaming, or discrimination. Everyone is welcome here.
We are on this journey together. Let's rediscover our true self, reclaim our time, energy, care for ourselves to be the woman we want to be, and most of all, THRIVE.
