Astronomers have cataloged the abundance of these elements in a huge sample of stars. Many may feel stuck, lacking energy or direction, or not feeling a purpose. In a world that often emphasizes separation and individuality, the idea that we are always connected to a greater Source—called Divine Wisdom, Divine Intelligence, or Divine Love—offers a profound and transformative perspective. The summer portals will push and pull us. The portals to clear old energies have been wide open this year, so are the portals of opportunity. You might think of a portal as something available to all, but depending on where you are on your journey, you'll have access to different portals. Have you taken advantage of the healing portals, understanding ancestral wounds, and the gifts that come with those wounds? Have you accessed the wide range of opportunities? I came across a research article from Stress and Health in 2016. It was first published in 2014. It explored how positive emotions benefit resilience and mitigate stress. The article explains how positive emotions expand the range of potential coping strategies, helping individuals handle stress more effectively. This increased resilience, in turn, leads to lower levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms. The study also notes that while stress is inevitable, resilience moderates its impact on mental health. This is not a new concept; much has been studied and published before and after this study. Humans have studied eras and generations for our approach to survival and thriving. We are in another time of emotional maturity and developing practices to regulate our emotions to experience a more peaceful being. The energy has been heavy and chaotic these past weeks. It is impossible to see and question what is happening in our world. The fiery energy will taper mid-April as we move from the eclipses, equinox, and Aries season into the earth energy of Taurus. April is the fourth month, and April of 2025's collective number is '4,' representing stability, completeness, and wholeness. This is NOT how we feel now, and the desire for truth, stability, and security will push us into action and, in most cases, to use our voice. Yes, we all agreed to be here at this time, and we have a mission; perhaps we are healing from our past, but I believe, given the fiery energy we are in, we need to take more action and not be quieted, not be complacent, not be pushed or invisible. We are being forced to right the wrongs of the past. Not hide from them, erase or ignore them, but change. Where we may have been silent or hidden in the past, this healing is about resiliency and resistance to something not aligned with our beliefs, goals, and principles of core humanity of equality, compassion, and love. Eclipses are known to be catalysts for spiritual transformation and evolution; eclipses bring both endings and beginnings that shape our perspectives. Therefore, the best medicine for Eclipse season is to embrace surrender and acceptance, as often, we find the wheel of fate and destiny turning on our behalf, which means we get to release control and let go of the pressure. Practicing self-care and rituals remains our go-to practice, but we must remember that eclipses are not meant to be harnessed for manifestation practices—they are more about honoring our process of profound transformation. Go with the flow. A lunar eclipse is an ending—clarity to something that has been in our field for a period of time. The full moon's illuminating energy pushes those things hidden to the surface. I am energy and everything is vibrating to me at the energy that I emit. So is vibrating to me, and what might be available to me when I am aware? Everything happens FOR me NOT to me. And if we remember our power in how we experience our life, we become awakened. That is the key to doorways of the universe. Many say that our doorways are the chakra system – primarily the Heart. A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increase to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events. Only ten minutes of meditating on compassion, on kindness and love for others and you will see its effects all day. We’re reminded of the importance of the heart during various times of the year, spring romances, august-Leo passion, warm fires, and gatherings in the fall and winter. We are reminded of our hearts. We are pushed to open and acknowledge our hearts throughout the year. Our compass needs to change with the changes in our lives and environment. Sometimes, our North- changes, which would make sense as our direction changes. Sometimes, that north change and redirection is from a life event, a career change, an addition to the family, or a death. Our mental processes can shift our hearts. Learning or discovering things about ourselves or others will change our mental filter and create a heart change. Everything is connected. When we open our hearts, we expect this magic pixie dust to come sprinkling upon us, and all will be right in the world. For LOVE solves ALL problems, right? Humanity is going through vast adjustments of the heart right now. Maintaining a foundation of love, not getting distracted, and maintaining optimism for the future is hard. The universe shows us where our compass is off, what direction we need to correct, and if we are brave enough to make those adjustments. Change our mental processes and beliefs to align with what is right for humanity. The healing of our wounds is getting confused with reinforcement of those wounds rather than change and acting with love, not fear, control, or revenge.
