So, we’ve been off for a few weeks on one of our impromptu, bi-annual pod breaks due to one/both of us having a breakdown…

Therefore, this week’s aptly appointed theme is:

THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL

(Sounds very eerie and ominous, doesn’t it!?)

DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL - according to Eckhart Tolle:

“A term used to describe what one could call a collapse of a perceived meaning in life…an eruption into your life of a deep sense of meaninglessness. The inner state in some cases is very close to what is conventionally called depression. Nothing makes sense anymore, there’s no purpose to anything. Sometimes it’s triggered by some external event, some disaster perhaps, on an external level.”

So, yeah. Both Leila and I have had a bit of a tough time of it of late and we share our experience quite candidly — expect jokes, though. And funny voices. Always.

During the episode, we chat about:
