As I wade through the mud and weeds of my past, I share the intimate story of how the changing seasons mirror our own path to rediscovering joy and connection. This episode touches on the vulnerability and courage it takes to cultivate a brighter future, underscoring the necessity of recognizing even the smallest sprouts of progress as we navigate the delicate process of rewiring our minds for hope.
