This is the second part of the episode in which I summarise my 2021 season. During this episode I discuss the part of the season in which I did intense workouts. I focus on the exact workouts I did an explain their physiological importance.
I also look at the metrics which show that this was the best season I've ever had as far as fitness metrics.
