How do you know if you received an answer to prayer and did the right thing? If you’ve ever thought that following God’s guidance means that everything should work out smoothly and then felt confused when it didn’t, I’ve got a couple of stories from my own life to share with you. I think about answers to prayer differently now, in a way that gives much more space for our real human experience along the way. And it allows for God to provide something even more meaningful than what we asked for.
